Against the historic backdrop of Hollywood Forever, resting place of Hollywood legends like Rudolph Valentino and Judy Garland, attendees were immersed in a uniquely Angeleno atmosphere. This year’s celebration featured a series of elaborate altars crafted in honor of loved ones, filling the cemetery with glowing candles and offerings. The air was rich with the scent of copal incense, adding a sacred ambiance to the night’s revelry.

Further enhancing the event’s spirit, East L.A. rock legends Los Lobos took to the stage, delivering an electrifying performance that fused traditional Mexican sounds with their signature rock style, captivating the crowd and paying homage to L.A.'s multicultural heritage. They were followed by Mexican icon, Pedro Fernández who delivered a memorable performance. Even with Game 2 of the World Series playing nearby—featuring a classic showdown between the Dodgers and Yankees—thousands still gathered to take part in this treasured annual tradition.
