This Sunday, December 5, get your COVID-19 vaccine or your booster and enjoy the 5.3 miles free of cars. CicLAvia is opening up streets in South LA connecting the neighborhoods of South Central, Exposition Park, Leimer Park and Crenshaw. Ride, bike, skate, run, walk, skateboard, spectate, and get protected against COVID-19 and its variants.
All three vaccines, Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as boosters, will be available at the vaccination clinic. You can get a vaccine appointment at MyTurn.ca.gov, or call (833)422.4255. Walk-in are also welcome.
Families are encouraged to get ready to safely celebrate the holidays with their loved ones by getting a vaccine, completing their second dose, and receiving a booster. The California Department of Public Health/Vaccine ALL 58 is working on getting more families and communities protected – especially those 65+, immunocompromised and others at high-risk — by taking action before the holidays.
